Agreement

By using the-full-bay-system.f.trycook.app, booking a Full Bay Strategy Call or opting in to messages from Kingly Consulting, LLC dba Gearbox Ads, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Services

Kingly Consulting, LLC dba Gearbox Ads provides The Full Bay System for independent auto repair shops: Job Campaigns (Google Search and Local Services Ads for the shop's best jobs), Caller-to-Car Follow-up, Reactivation of past customers, a Reviews Engine and a Weekly Scoreboard. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written client agreement. Example figures on this site or on a shop demo page are illustrations, not promises.

SMS Messaging Terms

• Message types: booking confirmations, call reminders, shop demo page links and call follow-up messages.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact ryan@kinglyconsulting.com or 417-693-9670.
• Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Bookings & Communications

Booking a Full Bay Strategy Call is free and does not create a purchase or a client relationship. Calls are confirmed by replying to the confirmation text. Unconfirmed calls may be released. We may contact you by email, phone and, if you opted in, text message about your booking.

Payments & Refunds

Fees and payment terms are set out only in the written client agreement. No fees are charged for booking or attending a Full Bay Strategy Call.

Guarantee: An extra $50,000 in booked repair work every 30 days, or you don't pay. The guarantee applies when the client follows the plan agreed at the start of the engagement. Full guarantee terms are set out in the client agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics and The Full Bay System name and materials, belongs to Kingly Consulting, LLC dba Gearbox Ads and may not be copied without written permission.

Disclaimers and Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". Results depend on many factors, including each auto repair shop's market, capacity and follow-through. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kingly Consulting, LLC dba Gearbox Ads is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version and its effective date will always be posted on this page.
